Yogi Tea based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, PhD.
15 whole cloves
20 black peppercorns
3 cinnamon sticks
20 green cardamom pods, crushed
8 slices fresh ginger root
1/2 tsp black tea (decaf okay)
Honey or maple syrup
Soy or cow's milk
Bring two quarts of boiling water to boil. Add all spices and simmer for 30 minutes to one hour. Add black tea and let cool. Strain tea. When ready to drink it, sweeten with maple syrup or honey. Add soy or dairy milk. Drink often!
